Key Line Construction/K2 Environmental - Lane-Wendson Transmission Line Rebuild Construction Compliance, Fish Salvage and Site Restoration - Aquatic Contracting

Lane County, OR

AC was contracted by Key Line Construction and K2 Environmental to provide environmental compliance services including fish salvage/rescue, biologist oversight, and site restoration planting and seeding during construction of this 41-mile transmission line rebuild project in Lane County. During this multi-year construction project, AC biologists provided environmental compliance support for approximately 20 fish passage bridge, ford, bank stabilization, and culvert replacement sites. AC prepared Scientific Take Permits for fish salvage/rescue for in-water work, conducted fish salvage and reporting, and prepared post-construction permit submittals for BPA. After construction, our crews also provided site restoration services including seeding and planting.
