About Us - Aquatic Contracting

WHO ARE WE?

Aquatic Contracting was founded in 2001 by a fisheries biologist and has become a leader in the field of habitat restoration in the Pacific Northwest.

The company has grown to include principals with expertise in forestry, stream and wetlands restoration, aquatic ecology and federal, state and local permitting.

We are a full service contractor and work cooperatively with landowners, fisheries groups and governmental agencies. Our expertise includes design/build capabilities.

"After several years of managing and researching restoration projects in the Pacific Northwest, the principles of Aquatic Contracting combined their wide array of knowledge and expertise to create a company uniquely qualified in the field of stream and wetlands restoration."

We’re committed to what’s important.

Comprised of individuals from the Pacific Northwest, our staff is committed to restoring fish and wildlife habitat within our region. We do this by working cooperatively with landowners, fisheries groups and government agencies.

Our goal is to see the abundance and health of our fisheries return to the levels of the “good old days.”

We’re leaders in the field of habitat restoration.

AC is committed to being a full service contractor. Our expertise in design/build along with our ability to provide planning, permitting, and restoration enhancement services makes us leaders in the field of habitat restoration.

We continue to develop and expand our services to meet the increasing needs of restoration.

We’re always meandering and growing.

We are proud to reflect the dynamic and diverse nature of our work. Recently we added pile driving services along with a fleet of specialized equipment, including bio-based heavy machinery, GPS capabilities, log grapples, brush rakes, extensive fire suppression equipment and low-ground pressure machinery capable of operating in saturated conditions.

Our updated headquarters has river access including a boat ramp and dock facilities. This has allowed us to increase our ability to access island and marine projects while providing barge and towing services.

Working with us, you’ll see that we’re not afraid to try different methods and approaches to expand and improve the industry. Our Team’s goal is to grow and adapt, providing cutting edge solutions for each project.
