River Island North Restoration - Aquatic Contracting

Clackamas River Barton, OR

Aquatic Contracting (AC) was hired by the selected prime contractor to assist with the River Island North Restoration Project. AC utilized it_s Movax SP-80 vibratory pile driver attachment to install nearly 1000 timber pilings to facilitate log habitat structure creation over a 30-acre site. The pilings were installed to provide stability for the numerous constructed log jams. In addition to providing pile driving services, AC forestry division sourced stick and rootwad logs for the project.
